Members Only Tour: Wallis Annenberg Wild Life Crossing

LABC members, join us for a special tour of this historic project!

For decades, the 101 has cut the Santa Monica Mountains off from the wild lands to the north. Spanning the freeway at Liberty Canyon and designed to blend seamlessly into the surrounding ecosystem,  the Wallis Annenberg wildlife crossing gives wildlife a safe path between two worlds that were never meant to be separate, reconnecting an ecosystem and giving the animals that depend on it room to recover.

The tour is open to the first 35 LABC members to reserve their spaces.

We will meet at 26767 Agoura Rd, Calabasas at 8:30 AM and then carpool to the tour, which will begin at 9:30 AM and go to 10:30 AM. This will allow time for bathrooms, coffee etc - there is no bathroom on the tour. The carpools will depart at 9:15 AM sharp.
